 French School, born Renwez (Ardennes) 1811 died in the same village in 1888
“Mother and child”.
Oil on mahogany panel signed in the lower left corner and dated at the back Jan. 18th 1857. Panel size 14.2x10.4 inches. Very well framed. The painting is extraordinary detailed painted and in outstanding condition. Never restored and a most valuable 19th century painting by a great French painter.
